The Short Version

I started on the sales floor at 20 years old. By 37, I was running a $200M+ retail operation across 31 states.

I sold phones in a mall, got promoted, and kept getting promoted until I was Vice President of Sales at one of the largest T-Mobile authorized retailers in the country.

Along the way, I opened 50 new locations and integrated 450 acquired stores — some high-performing, many not. I got teams to buy into how we did business, turned losing stores into winners, and built the playbook that made it repeatable: site selection, carrier approvals, staffing, training, launch marketing, ramp management. I moved from Massachusetts to Orlando in 2007 specifically to open 11 stores in Central Florida. That expansion became the model for everything that followed.

After 17 years, I left to build my own companies. Wireless Match. USBA. Eterna. BuyLeads. Each one started the same way: something was broken, and I knew how to build the system to fix it.

Baseball, hockey, rugby, paintball — I competed at UMass Amherst while earning my degree from Commonwealth Honors College. Sports taught me how to build teams, push through adversity, and hold people accountable without losing their trust. I still operate that way.
